ATHENA’S ARENA:
CHAMPIONS OF STRENGTH
Nobody handed Them anything.
When Jenny first entered the sport of strongman, they gave her a regular dumbbell with a fat grip taped around it and called it a circus dumbbell. That was the equipment women got. Whatever was left over after the big guys were done.
So she built something better.
Athena's Arena is an all-women's strongman competition, officially sanctioned, stacked with champions, and born inside The Sweaty Pig, a gym in Utah that started as a scattering of people training in each other's garages because there was nowhere else to go.
First year, it sold out. Women who had never competed before qualified for Nationals. It grew into something nobody planned and everybody needed.
This is the documentary that follows them from the weight room to the platform, from the personal cost of not giving up on yourself to the community that shows up when you need it most.
Help us tell the story of these women.
